When I started this blog, I swore I would not do a recipe section. Every recipe you could ever want is already on the internet. You don't even need to buy a cookbook. Just Google what you want to make, and within minutes, you are ready to stoke up the oven and create.
That being said, the internet has its strengths and its weaknesses, as do bloggers. I know, I might be a tad annoying with the "Sign up for my Newsletter" pop-up thingy - but I only send it once a month and I think, humbly, that is is rather interesting. And I do modestly beg for money to keep the lights on the the pups fed - but it is in those Amazon squares and banners discretely placed on my website. And if you go to your Amazon account via one of these banners, I get a few cents on whatever you purchase and you don't have to pay a penny extra.
So why am I adding recipes? Because when I go to a website to get one, there are a gazillon ads, pop-ups, craziness and marketing for everything I don't need. I just want the darn recipe. And half the time, I get frustrated and a bit peckish trying to find the recipe, and I give up and make one up myself.
On this page, some of the recipes will be mine. But some won't. I will always give credit and maybe, if I remember, give you the link so you can experience the gazillon ads and craziness (heck, I'd hate to deprive you of the experience). I just wanted a clean, quick, easy way to share recipes with you. Hopefully this page will accomplish that.
It is a work in progress, so if you only rely on this page, you would be fasting this month. But each time I create a recipe or pluck one from one of those whirling, popping websites, I'll add it here. You will always be able to find my recipes -- they are casual, non-judgemental and free spirited, so if you need precision - ignore mine and go back to the internet. Either way - Happy Keto Eating.
Feel free to let me know your questions. You can contact me at: InspiringKetoCoach@gmail.com. Want to join me? Sign up for my free newsletter (on that annoying little pop-up when you open this site.) Comment below and let me know your experiences - your successes and struggles. We are not alone - let's get together and rock this lifestyle!
Please forward this to anyone you know who is interested, or should be, in the Keto lifestyle.
Small Print: I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on the internet. My opinions are just that. I frequent Google and read lots of articles on health and wellness. We all need to be proactive when it comes to our health. Check things out for your self and/or find a doctor who is savvy on non-Big Pharma nutrition.
